Things I built, then kept using.

Local AI agents, the framework they share, and a threat-intelligence workbench. These pages come from the actual source trees and live agent homes, including the unfinished parts.

The Cadre family is built around sister agents with names drawn from women in Irish mythology. Sadhbh established the pattern and Niamh carried it forward. Fai is the honest exception: a last-second name that stuck when the first template-born sister came online. Aria predates the naming line and joined the family from a separate codebase. Omnissiah is the security workbench next door.

02 Self-modifying Mac agent

The original Swift sister

A native Mac agent that can change its own Swift source, prove the new build works, ask a separate model to review it, and roll back cleanly when it fails.

03 Agent template and framework

The source stays private for now. These are working systems, not polished products or download pages. I have called out the rough edges where they matter.
